My Therapeutic Approach
Centered Around You
Every person's journey is unique. I tailor my approach to fit exactly what you need.
Evidence-Based Techniques
In the last 15 years, I've been honored to work with people from all walks of life. These experiences shaped my therapy approach, which is centered around you, your needs, your journey. I incorporate a blend of:
- •CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) for changing thought patterns.
- •EMDR and PE (Prolonged Exposure) for processing trauma and reducing PTSD symptoms.
- •ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention) used to reduce anxiety by gradually exposing a person to feared situations or thoughts while helping them resist compulsive or avoidance behaviors.
- •EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy) for couples and relationships.
- •Mindfulness & Self-Compassion for present-moment awareness.
A Safe, Compassionate Space
I offer a safe, compassionate space where you feel heard, respected, and accepted. I'm committed to offering gentle, culturally sensitive support that fosters a sense of safety and connection. Let's collaborate to build a foundation for lasting growth and healing, turning challenges into opportunities for personal development.

I don't just nod and type. I truly listen to what's inside. Your story matters, and my goal is to help you grow, discover yourself, and create your space for healing. Our work together will move at a pace that feels safe and supportive for you. At times, I may ask gentle but meaningful questions to help you move toward your goals.
