Session Details
- •50-60 minutes per session
- •Gentle, easy-paced walks (no strenuous hiking)
- •Weather backup plan: switch to office or online session
- •Same fee as individual therapy: $185/session
Confidentiality
While we take care to choose private, less-crowded locations, walk & talk therapy does take place in public spaces. We'll discuss confidentiality considerations during your consultation to ensure you feel comfortable.
