  • Gentle, easy-paced walks (no strenuous hiking)
  • Weather backup plan: switch to office or online session
  • Same fee as individual therapy: $185/session

While we take care to choose private, less-crowded locations, walk & talk therapy does take place in public spaces. We'll discuss confidentiality considerations during your consultation to ensure you feel comfortable.
